29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  On or about March 8, 2017, at Lot 56, 3749 Lily Magnolia Court, Buford, Georgia:  Two employees performing roofing work were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards when the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections to identify hazards such as, but not limited to falls from elevation, use of fall protection equipment, and lack of personal protective equipment.
