This employee along, with the other worksite employees, had not received fall hazard recognition training or complete fall protection training, as required by the standard, from the company prior to or at the time of the worksite inspection. Condition noted on or about 03/09/17.  Go Works Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1182906, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/07/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1612 Graham Court, Pittsburgh PA.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
