29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) 25 Melville Court, Medford, NJ:  On or about June 20, 2017, Go Works Construction Corp. employees were conducting framing activities on a two story new construction single family residence.  A single employee was observed walking the second story exterior wall top plates.  The employee was taking measurements and marking the plate for the placement of roof trusses.  The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 22.5 feet to the ground below.     The employer,  Go Works Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1184661, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/29/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Block 47.02, Lot 30.168 Curie Court, East Windsor, NJ.
