29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- Building K, 145 Cliffwood Avenue, Aberdeen NJ: Employees not utilizing any fall protection were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when working next to unguarded stair openings as well as next to unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while performing floor sheathing and other related activities.  Condition observed on or about 04/05/17.   Go Works Construction Corporation was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1184661, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/29/16, with respect to a workplace located at Block 47.02, Lot 30.16, 8 Curie Court, East Windsor NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a- 145 Cliffwood Avenue, Aberdeen NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when working/walking next to unguarded stair openings and while working/walking next to the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second story without the use of any fall protection.  As such these employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground/floor surface below. These employees along, with the other worksite company employees, had not received fall hazard recognition training or complete fall protection training, as required by the standard, from the company prior to or at the time of the worksite inspection. Condition noted on or about 04/05/17.  Go Works Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1182906, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/07/16, with respect to a workplace located at 1612 Graham Court, Pittsburgh PA.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
