29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. F/V Prowler, Engine Room: On or about 7 March 2017, and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used by employees did not have 30 P.S.I reducing devices. Shop air was set at approximately 95 P.S.I. This exposed employees to air embolism/laceration hazards if they contacted the discharge to their skin.

29 CFR 1918.66(a)(15): Crane and derrick operating controls were not clearly marked. F/V Prowler, Deck area, crane control panel: On or about 7 March 2017 and times prior thereto, the North Pacific Crane, model no. MCT 1245, serial no. 1928 operator controls were not identifiable and missing sections of the placards identifying the lever positions. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards.
