OSI Dock, F/V Bering Prowler, Hauling Station:  On or about 10 February 2018 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to over 89.6 decibels on a daily basis and were not receiving annual hearing tests.  This exposed employees to occupational noise exposure hazard without follow-up evaluations to test for hearing loss.
