29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) At 1485 Satchel Paige Dr. Mobile, Alabama:  On or about March 16, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the top of framed walls while performing framing activities without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 11.3 feet to the concrete floor below.   THE DEVELOPING BUILDERS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1156955 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 9, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1881 S.S. RAILROAD BED RD., STATESBORO, GEORGIA AND WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(2)(II), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1029965 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FERUARY 17, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 351 RUCKER LANE, STATESBORO, GEORGIA.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) At 1485 Satchel Paige Dr. Mobile, Alabama:  On or about March 16, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the tops of the framed walls and the ladders rails did not extend three feet above the landing area exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 11.3 feet to the concrete floor below.   THE DEVELOPING BUILDERS, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.1053(B)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1156955 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 9, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1881 S.S.
