29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: "On or about March 17, 2017, On the east side of the facility there was an employee who was potentially exposed to caught-by hazards if using gloves when engaging in infrequent task of sanding a pin. This pin was not manufactured for distribution but for use in another employer's piece of equipment. The sanding of the pin took place in a Webb brand manual lathe, which was equipped with a movable guard but potential exposure existed nonetheless when gloves were used in the process."
