29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location coating department On or about November 8, 2018, employees were exposed to a corrosive chemical, such as curing agent acid for mixing coating paint, and the water flow from eyewash #2 was not sufficiently high to allow employees to use.
