29 CFR 1917.44(n): Vehicles used to transport employees within a terminal were not maintained in safe working order:    a) Fairfield Terminal - Employees were riding in van #372 while transferring automobiles from the ship and the passenger side sliding door would not open from the inside, on or about 03/30/2017.    b) Fairfield Terminal - Employees were riding in van #443 while transferring automobiles from the ship and the horn was not working and the passenger side sliding door was difficult to open, on or about 03/30/2017.    c) Fairfield Terminal - Employees were riding in van #400 while transferring automobiles from the ship and the passenger side sliding door would not open from the inside, on or about 03/30/2017.    d) Fairfield Terminal - Employees were riding in van #429 while transferring automobiles from the ship and the passenger side sliding door would not open from the inside, on or about 03/30/2017.    e) Fairfield Terminal - Employees were riding in van #381 while transferring automobiles from the ship and the passenger side sliding door would not open from the inside, on or about 03/30/2017.    f) Fairfield Terminal - Employees were riding in van #327 while transferring automobiles from the ship and the passenger side sliding door would not open from the inside, on or about 03/30/2017.    g) Fairfield Terminal - Employees were riding in van #407 while transferring automobiles from the ship and the passenger side sliding door would not open, on or about 03/30/2017.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
