The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: On or about 04//03/2017 at the 1151 Main Street Construction Project, employees were working from an aerial lift and were not using a personal fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area. On or about 04/03/2017 at the 1151 Main Street Construction Project, employees were not adequately trained on the hazards and requirements of falls while working from an aerial lift.
