29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: 46 Middle St., Hadley, MA: on or about February 4, 2020 2 employees were observed working from a raised aerial lift who were putting their feet on the rails and or roof deck for leverage while they were sheathing the roof of this building. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
