29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. Employees performing roofing work from a 6:12 pitch roof are not being protected from 17 feet 4 inches fall hazards by a fall protection system.    The employer routinely fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on April 13, 2017, when employees were re-roofing a two-story residential building at 14750 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32277 without fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of up to 17 feet 4 inches above the surrounding ground.    Stonebridge Construction Services LLC., was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132142, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2016, with respect to a workplace at 1755 Eagle Harbor Parkway, Orange Park, Florida.        Stonebridge Construction Services LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety an Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 767243, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 138 Spartina Ave., St. Augustine, Florida.
