29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) At a temporary residential roofing worksite with a 6/12 pitched roof, located at 4230 Old Mill Parkway North in Jacksonville Florida: On or about August 8, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 7 to 18-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees, while performing roof work. The Stonebridge Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1635230, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1735 & 1737, Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida, 32233.
