On the roof at a residence, located at 1735 & 1737 Seminole Road, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233, Florida: On or about 11/21/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 20-feet, in that fall protection, was not utilized, while performing roofing work.
