Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) Northwest corner of roof canopy, on or about 5-10-17: One employee was working while on a roof canopy, without fall protection or a safety monitor, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 11 feet 11 inches.
