29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved containers and/or portable tanks were not used for the storage of flammable liquids: Fire Shop, Flammable Storage Cabinet #2: A gasoline/oil mixture was stored in three unapproved 1.5-gal dolmar-style containers exposing employees to an explosion and fire hazard. The two-compartment propylene containers were not approved under OSHA's Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) program.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and automatic start up. Force Account Workshop, worktable: A guard was not installed on the chuck of the Craftsman (model 34985) drill press to protect employees from exposure to the rotating chuck.
