29 CFR 1926.502(c)(5): Defective nets were used. Safety nets were not inspected at least once a week for wear, damage, and other deterioration. Defective components were not removed from service: (a) On or about May 24, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards where the nets in use in the oil change pits were in disrepair including broken and unraveling netting. The nets were not inspected for damage. Abatement Note: Abatement Certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
