29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (a) On or about May 24, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals in that a 50 gallon drum of all windshield washer fluid, located in automotive pit area, was not labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Oilex, Inc. dba Grease Monkey was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1220895, citation number 2, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 18401 E Hampden Ave, Aurora, CO 80013. Oilex, Inc. dba Grease Monkey was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1138029, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on June 9 ,2016, with respect to a workplace located at 421 W 29th St, Pueblo, CO 81008.
