On or about June 8, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  Quality Restoration and Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1087655, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1114-1120 Coneflower, Minooka, IL.
