Sources of ignition may include open flames, lightning, smoking, hot surfaces, frictional heat, sparks (static, electrical, and mechanical), spontaneous ignition, chemical and physical-chemical reactions, and radiant heat: a.) Young Galvanizing, Inc., Southside of work shed , On or about June 8th, 2017 and times prior thereto: Employees were potentially exposed to a fire/explosion hazard while utilizing oxygen and propane to heat/burn zinc from metal light poles approximately 15-20 feet from a gasoline tank.
