Gears shall be guarded in accordance with one of the following methods: On and about June 10, 2017: An employee engaged in meat packing activities located in the Back Pack Off Area on the leaker line, was exposed to amputation hazards in that guard of the conveyor was displaced exposing the ingoing nip point.
