The employees were not wearing safety glasses to protect the eyes from flying particles.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 24 Providence Court, Lumberton, NJ: On or about Aug 17, 2017, two Smart Contractors Inc. employees were installing plywood roof sheathing on a multi-story new construction single family residence. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
