29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) 22 Providence Court, Lumberton, NJ:  On or about Aug 17, 2017, Smart Contractors Inc. employees were conducting framing activities on a multi-story new construction single family residence.  A single employee was observed walking the second story wall top plates.  The employee was not using any form of fall protection.  The employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
