On or about September 27, 2017, the following noise exposures were measured:      1. A hammerman was exposed to a mixed noise level of 105.5 dBA or an equivalent dose of 859.8%, as an 8-hour TWA, while conducting forging operations. This level was based on 435 minutes of sampling; zero exposure was considered for the unsampled time.       2. A trimmer was exposed to a mixed noise level of 102.8 dBA or an equivalent dose of 592%, as an 8-hour TWA, while conducting forging operations. This level was based on 439 minutes of sampling; zero exposure was considered for the unsampled time.       3. A hammerman was exposed to a mixed noise level of 97.3 dBA or an equivalent dose of 275%, as an 8-hour TWA, while conducting forging operation. This level was based on 433 minutes of sampling; zero exposure was considered for the unsampled time.     4. A fork-truck operatior was exposed to a mixed noise level of 94.6 dBA or an equivalent dose of 190.3%, as an 8-hour TWA, while conducting fork-truck operations.
