29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a) Lakeview Forge Company, LLC. On or about September 20, 2019, and times prior thereto, employees performed servicing and maintenance work on machines that included but were not limited to mechanical power presses. Certifications of periodic inspections were not maintained. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
