The strain relief on the pendant was damaged exposing the internal wiring associated with the pendant.           b.)  Young Galvanizing, Inc., Monorail # 3 area, On or about September 8th, 2017 and times prior thereto:  Employees were potentially exposed to an electrical shock hazard while working with a pendant control box associated with monorail #3.  An electrical wire was protruding through the outer housing of the pendant box exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
