29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:    a) New construction, residential property at 511 Washington Ave, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, Second floor and ground of south side of the home: Employees were exposed to potential falling objects from overhead work with tools as well as movement of materials and did not have protective helmets which was observed and occurred on or about 9/20/17.    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  a) New construction, residential property at 511 Washington Ave, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, Second floor and ground of south side of the home: Employees using circular and chop saws as well as pneumatic nail guns did not have eye protection that provided side protection to prevent flying objects from damaging their eyes which was observed and occurred on or about 9/20/17.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
