29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 610 Snowden Lane, Princeton NJ: Workers, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 15 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working next to and near unprotected edges without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 01/24/20. Arcadia Home Construction, LLC. dba Arcadia Home Builders, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1381999, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/08/19, with respect to a workplace located at Twin Ponds Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031.
