29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Residential property at 210 Meadow Ct, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at the front (North) side of the building: Employer did not initiate frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite which would have prevented employee exposure to fall hazards, which occurred on or about 4/1/19. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
