High Noon Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075001, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/29/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Pearl Rd. Brunswick, OH 44212.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: On or about September 21, 2017, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 6114 Farnsworth Dr. Parma, OH 44129; employees were climbing a portable ladder in order to access the roof and the employer did not ensure the ladder was not extended three feet above the landing surface. Employees were exposed to a fall height of approximately 16.0 feet. High Noon Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075001, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/29/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Pearl Rd. Brunswick, OH 44212.
