29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer shall ensure that labels or other forms of warning are legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container, or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. a) On or about September 18, 2017 the BLM did not maintain the labels on the ethanol containers and employees working with the Aquatic and Riparian Effectiveness Monitoring Program (AREMP) couldn't clearly distinguish what they were using.
