29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about September 29, 2017 at 101 Liberty Industrial Parkway, McDonough, Georgia, employees working on the docks, in the warehouse, and freezer were exposed to a slipping and tripping hazard to include, but not limited to: a. in the warehouse, cooler, and freezer plastic wrapping is left on the floors creating tripping, slipping, and sliding hazards for pedestrian traffic as well as forklift operations. b. on the docks, carts and crates are stacked so that they create a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. On or about September 29, 2017 at 101 Liberty Industrial Parkway, McDonough, Georgia, employees were exposed to smoke, fire, and Freon release hazards, when exits were blocked or materials were placed in the pathway to the emergency exits, to include but not limited to the following: a. in the freezer, a cart blocked access to the emergency exit. b. on the dock, where carts and crates are stacked, access to the emergency exit was blocked. c. behind the compactor, a pallet had been placed in the aisle leading to the emergency exit.
