29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards: a) National DCP, LLC. - 20 East Park Drive, Westampton NJ 08060 - Warehouse/storage area: Employees actively stocked products with various weight per pallet, onto industrial steel racking systems with damaged vertical supports, damaged column base plates, and damaged cross supports, thus exposing the employees to struck-by and crushing hazards. Damaged racks included but were not limited to sections D 1938 A02. This condition was observed on or about 06/09/2025.

29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2): The battery charging apparatus for industrial trucks located in battery changing and charging installations was not protected from damage by trucks: a) National DCP, LLC. - Forklift charging area: The facility did not protect the battery charging apparatuses from damage. The charging cables on the Enersys battery chargers # 05, 20 and 24, had damaged cords with exposed conduit, observed on or about 06/09/2025.
