29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) as required by 1960.8 (b): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:   a. On or about October 18, 2017, in the Junction room, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that work space in front of electrical panels was used for storage of broken chairs.  Employer did not provide and maintain sufficient access which could hinder the ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment.   b. On or about October 18, 2017, in the NATCA room (union office), employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that work space in front of electrical panels was blocked by desk.  Employer did not provide and maintain sufficient access which could hinder the ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment.  c. On or about October 18, 2017, in the mechanical and electrical room, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that work space in front of electrical panels was used for storage of janitorial equipment such as but not limited to mops, buckets trash receptacles.  Employer did not provide and maintain sufficient access which could hinder the ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment.   The Federal Aviation Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1237712, notice number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Sinclair Dr., Muskegon, Michigan 49441.
