29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: On or about October 18, 2017, in the engine generation station, the employer did not ensure that containers storing hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide, and 2-butoxyethanol which are contained in Simple Green Pro HD and ZEP COM Industrial Purple used by employees for cleaning were labeled or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings in that a quart size spray bottle and gallon sized plastic jug had no markings on the container indicating its contents.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: On or about October 18, 2017, the employer did not maintain copies of the safety data sheets for chemicals such as, but not limited to chlorodifluoromethane and methyl chloroform, which are contained in Gentron 22 refrigerant, Channel Master silicone contact shield, and Slyde 2 silicone lubricant. Employees were exposed to inhalation, eye and skin contact hazards that could result in health effect such as, but not limited to skin irritation, eye irritation, frostbite, dizziness or nausea.
