29 CFR 1910.145(c) (2) (i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a. 1196 East Hightower Trail, Social Circle, GA (Building 10) Employees were exposed to pinch point hazard. Employees/Extruder Operators are required to clean the electric drive extruders, there were no placards place on the hopper area indicating pinch point hazards, alerting and/or making employees aware of the pinch point areas on the machines, on or about October 24, 2017.
