29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Employees working near the exit behind the stockroom were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that: a) The name of the gas to be stored was not posted in any of the cylinder storage areas. b) Compressed gas cylinders were being stored with gasoline.

29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition: Employees working and taking breaks behind the stockroom were exposed to struck by hazards in that the original markings on the side shift control knob for the Caterpillar 2P400 Pneumatic Tire Lift Truck (Serial No: AT3533817) were not maintained in a legible condition.
