Weaber, Inc. dba ChoiceWood, 11117 Skyline Drive, Titusville, PA  16354, 09 line, on or about January 11, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Employees walk/work around a pinch wheel that feeds wood stock into a Mereen-Johnson rip saw.  The pinch wheel rotates and oscillates up and down.  The pinch wheel was not guarded against inadvertent contact.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel:  A.)  Weaber, Inc. dba ChoiceWood, 11117 Skyline Drive, Titusville, PA  16354, finish area / grinding room, on or about January 11, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Employees operate a Hermance bench top grinder for operations including, but not limited to, putting angles on the jointer stones.  The adjustable tongue guard was missing from the right side of the bench top grinder leaving a 15/16-inch gap between the grinding stone and the wheel housing.
