29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, the use of a safety monitoring system alone:    (a) On or about January 17, 2018, for employees exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 16 feet while installing roofing materials without any means of fall protection on a 4:12 pitch roof at or near Vicinity of 2730 Paint Ball Way in Lincoln, North Dakota.     Note: B & B Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1222827 citation 1 item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2017 with respect to a workplace located in vicinity of 3717 Meridian Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.      B & B Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 975381 citation 1 item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at or near 4300-4318 Trenton Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
