29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees eyes or body may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about April 11, 2018, at the above located workplace, on the shop floor employees worked with Seymour of Sycamore Green PC9a paint, 1st Ayd Corporation Low VOC Brake Parts Cleaner #87A and other injurious corrosive chemicals. There was no eyewash in the work area capable of providing 15 minutes of water to both eyes.
