29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 8209 5th St, Blue Springs, MO. - On March 14, 2018, employees engaged in New Roofing Activities on a Single Family Dwelling, were observed working without using Fall Protection Equipment or a Fall Protection System. Fall hazards were approx. 25 ft. above the ground level.
