Exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8.5 feet to the ground below. (a) On or about May 12, 2025, the employer had not ensured that employees exposed to potential fall hazards had been trained to recognize and methods to minimize the fall hazards associated with their work. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8.5 feet from the roof and to the ground below.
