29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the jobsite located at 12600 Byars Ave, Grandview, MO 64030: Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing roofing activities without any means of fall protection. Instance 1: On 06-04-2024 Employees were observed removing shingles without any means of fall protection. Instance 2: On 06-05-2024 Employees were observed performing roofing activities without any means of fall protection Reyes Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684904 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-30-2024, with respect to a workplace located at SSR DD Unit 94A Residence at Bryson Lake, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
