Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Building Exterior-Roof: Employees were engaged in roofing activities and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25' while outside the warning line system without the use of personal fall arrest system or a safety monitor, on or about 3/20/2018
