29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a. 810 East 27th, Paterson NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet while working on a low slope roof outside of the warning lines system without the use of a fall protection system emplace, on or about 5/4/2022.     The Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1404707, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 712 US Route 1, Edison, NJ 07524.  The Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303259, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 71 Riverview Drive, Totowa, NJ 07512.
