29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  (a) 2230 North 5th Street, Reading, PA - On or about April 16, 2025, employees engaged in roofing work on commercial building were not protected by the use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.  (b) 2230 North 5th Street, Reading, PA - On or about April 16, 2025, employees engaged in roofing work on commercial building were not protected by the use of fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 28 feet.  The Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1593750, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 30, 2023,  with respect to a workplace located at 810 E 27th Street, Paterson NJ 07513.  The Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597712, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2023,  with respect to a workplace located at 475 Valley Road Wayne New Jersey, 07470.  The Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1580573, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2023,  with respect to a workplace located at 327 East Railway Ave Paterson NJ 07503:.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
