29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. 120 McArthur Road, Marble Hill, GA (Upper Production Area) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. The employer did not provide and ensure the use of machine guarding for the circular cutting blade on the "Jet" table saw located in the production area used to cut fiberglass components, exposing employees to laceration and amputation injuries, on or about 04/10/18.
