29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment:  A.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Electrical Breaker Panel Box B supplies power to equipment including, but not limited to, electrical receptacle and lighting.  Positions including, but not limited to, #1, #3, and #23 had openings that were not equipped with breakers or knockout covers.    B.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Electrical Breaker Panel Box C supplies power to equipment including, but not limited to, weld booths, a robot and an iron worker.  Positions including, but not limited to, #2, #15, #17, #37, #38, #40 and #42 had openings that were not equipped with breakers or knockout covers.    C.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Electrical Breaker Panel Box D had a 2-1/2-inch circular opening on the bottom right side of the box that was equipped with a flexible cord.  The opening in the box was not effectively closed.    D.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  The electrical disconnect that powered weld booth #4 had a 1-1/2-inch circular opening on the bottom left side of the box.  The opening in the box was not effectively closed.

RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Electrical Breaker Panel Box A supplies power to equipment including, but not limited to, an air compressor, a smog hog, drill presses, and saws.  The electrical breakers with the electrical breaker panel box were not identified as to their purpose.    B.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Electrical Breaker Panel Box C supplies power to equipment including, but not limited to, weld booths, a robot and an iron worker.  The electrical breakers with the electrical breaker panel box were not identified as to their purpose.

B.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Items including, but not limited to, a box of rags, a plastic crate and a plastic toolbox were stored within 3-feet of the electrical disconnect that powered the DSA Air Box.    C.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Items including, but not limited to, a Lincoln Electric welding unit, were stored within 1-foot of the electrical disconnect that powered weld booth #1.    D.)  RGS Products, Inc., 455 West 2nd Street, Waterford, PA  16441, on or about April 25, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Items including, but not limited to, a Lincoln Electric welding unit, were stored within 1-foot of the electrical disconnect that powered weld booth #4.
