29 CFR  1910.95(d)(1):When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program:  a.)	RGS Products, Inc., Chop saw area, on or about October 18th, 2022 and times prior thereto:   The employer had neither developed a noise monitoring program nor conducted noise monitoring for employees potentially exposed to an 8-hour TWA (Time Weighted Average) of 85 dbA.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: 5.8.4 Cylinder positions in storage: All compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage at user locations shall be secured to prevent falling or rolling:    a)	RGS Products, Inc., Exit door next to welding department, on or about October 18th, 2022 and times prior thereto:  One compressed gas cylinder of argon was free standing and not secured by any device to prevent the cylinders from falling, rolling, or getting knocked over next to the exit door in the welding department.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). RGS Products, Inc. on or about October 18th, 2022 and times prior thereto, a Toyota forklift  was being used with a boom lift attachment.  The attachment was used for work operations including, but not limited to, lifting aluminum products to the saw area onsite.   The company had not received the forklift manufacturer's approval to use the attachment.
